Do i have a hormone imbalance?

Over the last few months i have noticed a few dark hairs on my chin and chest. I have also noticed small white spots on my nipples. I have acne on my face however it also also begun to appear slightly on my chest and all over my back.
What could be causing these symptoms, could it be a hormone imbalance?

have you started the pill?periods on time?I am just guessing on this but UI had a girlfriend who started birth control and it had the same reaction on her…
