Saliva Hormone Testing Labs

What is involved with doing a Male Hormone Panel and the Neurotransmitter testing via saliva?

I live in Mexico, my wife is a Doctor and we have labs here so I should be able to do it here? I just need to know how the 24 hour test is done and what’s needed to determine if in deed I can do it here.

I want to know how to conduce the test?

I want the following done:
Cortisol, DHEA-S, Testosterone, Progesterone, Estradiol, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Serotonin, Dopamine, Epinephrine, NorEpinephrine, GABA, Glutamate Histamine

I am also sure my wife and or some Dr. around here would know but I want to here it from someone who specializes in such test.
