Hormone Replacement Therapy ….after a hysterectomy?

I am having a hysterectomy Monday the 23rd. My Dr. Told me that she might end up taking my ovaries due to abnormalities found on them via ultrasound. If that is the case I know that you automatically go into menopause. I f you have gone through this or have medical knowledge….what would you suggest? What medication worked for you? Dosage?

Women who have hysterectomies they give a hormone replacement normally. The most popular one is Premarin (may not be the correct spelling) but it works well though. I know two people who are on that medication right now. Some people say that there are herbal methods that work just as good if not better. Normally it is is one pill a day for the rest of your life or for some until the transition period is over.
