I found syringes in my boyfriends luggage?

My boyfriend is almost 48, he is quite a bit older than me. I was looking for something and bumped into a bunch of syringes and replacement needles in one of his overnight bags. He is very physically active, martial arts, Muay Thai, weight lifting, etc…. He has been working out basically his whole life, since he was 16 I think. We both workout 5x a week. We have not been dating that long so we are still getting to know eachother. I had no idea he was using hormones real or synthetic..

So my question is.. what the HELL are the needles for, HGH or steroids? What are the risks/dangers of HGH for an older man? I was looking at symptoms for both and do not think it’s steroids since he doesn’t have any acne on his body and that seems to be a huge side effect for riod users.

Please any help would be great. Thanks.

male hormones, if not is he diabetic.

Male Hormones are hormones naturally produced by a normally developed male body. Male Hormone Medicine is used for treating severe injuries, burns, etc in trauma patients and also for hormone replacement treatment in patients with critically low hormone levels and for hormone replacement therapies with elderly men. Male Hormones are commonly referred to as Anabolic Steroids and the most common representatives of Male Hormones are various types of Testosterone (Testosterone Cypionate, Testosterone Enanthate, Testosterone Propionate, Testosterone Suspension, Sustanon…).

Anabolic steroids help to rebuild tissues that have become weak because of serious injury or illness. A diet high in proteins and calories is necessary with anabolic steroid treatment.

All steroids that are anabolic are derivatives of testosterone and are androgenic as well as anabolic, as they stimulate growth and function of male reproductive tract.

Anabolic steroids are used for several reasons:
