What are the pros and cons of HGH-human growth hormone?

Basically I’m just curious, I don’t even know if it’s safe or even legal. I saw a tv program where a doctor was treating older patients–supposedly it slowed the effects of aging and wrinkles; giving the patient more energy and flexibility. I think what it helps with speeding up cell regeneration, which is a necessity for life. I assume you’re well over 13 and you must have taken 7th grade science by now, but cell regeneration is called mitosis. If you’re still young, (below 20-45) then there really is no need to buy this unless you are recovering from something, or you want a cut to heal faster (which I doubt is worth the expense).
