Have you tried bioidentical hormones for menaupause?

Tell me your story. How long have you been on bioidentical hormones? How did you go about getting tested and getting the right prescription? Did you get it at your local pharmacy or had to find a compound pharmacy?
I am 45 yrs old and started symptoms early at age of 36.

Unless you are having extreme menopause symptoms, it is recommended that no hormone replacement is given. However, localized treatment, i.e. creams, are recommended more in cases of let say, vaginal shrinkage.
To get compounded vaginal creams, you’ll have to go to a pharmacy which specializes in compounding. The local pharmacy will probably only have the relatively expensive prepackaged creams.
