Insomnia after Depo-Provera?

Have you experienced, or do you know of anyone that has experienced insomnia after coming off of Depo-Provera or any other form of progesterone including “bio-identical” progesterone?

I don’t know…however, any time you mess with your hormones, you can have unexpected side effects.

Also, I feel the need to tell you that Depo-Provera is a very bad birth control method. It’s extremely effective, yes, but the side effects are rediculess and the amount of hormones in it is dangerous. Just thought you should know.
