Bio Identical Menopause

itchy spot on my ankle…?

I am a 47 year old woman who is going through peri menopause . I have an appt. with a ob/gyn for bio identical hormone therapy in a month but this question can’t wait. I have developed an unbearable itch on my ankle that is making me crazy. No rash, just itch.Has anyone else gone through this and what is the best stuff to use? Benadryl cream does nothing.

pet’s fleas? allergy? just dry skin?
Call and ask the nurse.
